Private Yoga

Personalized one-on-one and small group sessions are an excellent way to deepen your yoga practice, learn about alignment, understand poses, and get guidance on exactly what you want to further your yoga practice. The pace of your private session is tailored to your individual needs allowing you the time to slow down and learn poses in a way that best suits your body and practice.

Sessions may focus on restorative, gentle, moderate, power yoga and guided meditation.  Additionally, private sessions may be custom tailored for kids or parent and child yoga.
