Providing time each week for employees to meditate, relax and de-stress has proven to be extremely beneficial to all in the corporate environment. No prior experience is required, and all levels are welcome.
For classes, a quiet space is needed, boardroom, lunchroom, spare office, fitness room, gymnasium, auditorium, etc.
Mindfulness Meditation Conference Call (Coming Soon!)
Our corporate clients have used our guided Meditation Conference calls as a way to offer employees a peaceful and rejuvenating respite from work. Calls are generally 15-30 minutes in length scheduled at convenient times for your schedule, generally before lunch or mid-afternoon. Employees dial in and enjoy a guided meditation by the phone which begins with a brief introduction of the meditation process and ends with simple techniques to incorporate the practice into their day.
Offering meditation calls on an ongoing basis help motivate employees to maintain and use the techniques they have learned. Ongoing calls also provide time each week for employees to relax and de-stress. No prior experience is required, and all levels are welcome.
